• Single women who are working and over 55 years old OR:

• Single women who are working and living with a disability

• Be an Australian citizen or have permanent Australian residency

• Be currently living or working in the Woollahra LGA or have previously lived in the area

• Require subsidised rental housing for the medium term

• Be a single woman

• Be employed, working at least 15 hours per week

• Be earning no more than $80,700 gross per annum.
